Being 47 years old I felt quite apprehensive about learning
to drive.
Michael eased any fears almost immediately and made lessons
not only easy but most importantly fun.
He has excellent communication skills and relaxing manner
but is firm and controlled when needed.

what she has to say.
Today the 7th
of July 2010 passed my driving test. I was extremely
nervous and upset 1 hour before my test was due.
Michael reassured me over and over again as he has
done throughout my lessons with him. Michael has
built my confidence from 0 % to 100 % and he is an
extremely excellent instructor to whom i would
recommend to anyone wishing to learn to drive

good he give me good advice I enjoyed my training Michael is
very funny guy thank you every lesson was nice and enjoy.
Instructor was very calm. Learning with him it was pleasure.

I have spent only a few months with Michael after
transferring from manual tuition (which I HATED with
a passion) and suddenly found... Wow, driving CAN be
a pleasure :)
It's been like a soap opera, tears of frustration
and joy (luckily, all mine)!
I'd like to take this opportunity to say, to you,
Michael. Thank you to the moon and back, not only a
great teacher but a wonderful friend... And to you,
the reader, thinking of 'is it for me'... I can say
without a doubt... YES!!!!! If I, the worlds most
cautious driver, can pass with just one minor (and I
still believe his pen slipped) then we can all do
it!!

After failed manual tests then leaving driving for a
quite a while, i decided to give automatic driving a
go and i made the right decision having really
enjoyed the chance not only the chance to be on the
road again but to learn with a fantastic instructor
Micheal Alkour.
I was very nervous about learning to drive again but
with guidance from Micheal i have finally managed to
face my fears of the roads one of which was
roundabouts.....
The need to drive is a must not only to get me
around without asking on my husband but also to
transport my parents/in laws to hospital
appointments, e. t.c.
I have recommended Micheal to one of my fellow work
colleagues and would to anyone else.
Thank You again Micheal for being patient, and
making learning to drive a exciting and interesting
challenge..

passed my test in pontefract on the second attempt
michael is a great and patient instuctor, i would
highly recomend him.He took my fear out of
roundabouts and we done them 22times till i got it
right he is a perfectionist who knows what he
talking about thanks michael for helping get the
best 40th present ever regards ash x

When i first joined up with the AA for my driving
lessons i had been putting of learning for 2 years
as i had been in a nasty crash. However Michael put
me at ease straight away and gave me the confidence
i needed to become a good driver. Not only did he
prepare me for my test, but incorporated night
driving as well so i would be prepared for all
conditions when i would be driving on my own.
Thanks to Michaels patience and hard work i passed
my driving test first time, and it is most
definitely the best experience.
I would recommend Michael to anyone who either wants
to learn or improve their driving, he is definitely
value for money.
